Introduction

Took a regular recipe and modified it to reduce the fat and sugar content as well as overall calories. Took a regular recipe and modified it to reduce the fat and sugar content as well as overall calories.

Ingredients

    8 tbsp All Purpose Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    6 tbsp Fat Free Milk
    2 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    2 1/2 tbsp Splenda
    2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    Lemon Zest
    1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries

Tips

Please note cake will be dense and have a slight chew to it since there is no fat in this recipe.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except raspberries in small mixing bowl. Divide mixture into two microwave safe mugs. Divide raspberries between mugs and stir gently. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until top of cake is dry.

Serving Size: Makes two mugs.
