Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Margarine, hard, 1 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Baby Portabella Mushrooms, sliced, 16 oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Sage, ground, 2 tbsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .5 cup
    *milano bakery onion roll, 1 serving

Tips

To cut fat & calories further, use extra chicken broth to sautee the vegetables instead of oil & butter.


Directions

Heat oil & butter in frying pan. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Sautee for 5-7 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes. Add sage, diced onion roll, and chicken broth. Stir well. Put in small casserole dish. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 35 minutes. Then change oven to broil and cook for another 2-5 minutes.
