Ingredients

    1 lb salmon fillets
    ~2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    Lemon slices
    Vegetable Cooking Spray

Tips

Salmon is done when it just starts to release (some might say "ooze") its fat (opaque mayonnaise-y stuff) and/or flesh flakes easily,


Directions

Spray grill pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash evenly over both sides of salmon fillets. Place the salmon on the grill pan and top with the lemon slices.

Place grill pan on the grill and cover. Cook, turning once half way through, 10 to 15 minutes for most 1-inch-thick fillets. Allow another 10 minutes for each extra inch of thickness.
