Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked lentils
    2 cups oats
    3 Tbsp flax mixed with 1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast (you can replace cheese for this)
    Tbsp soy sauce/Worchestire
    tsp garlic
    tsp onion
    2 tsp chili powder
    1-2 tsp fresh herbs of choice (opt)
    some black pepper

Directions

Mix lentils with everything else and mash or puree with immersion blender.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper then spray it.
Form into 9 patties and put patties on sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes; flipping half way through.

Serving Size: 7 burgers
