Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef, 93% lean
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup I can't believe it's not butter light
3/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup egg beaters
3/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Brown ground beef in medium skillet; Drain. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, and thyme; cook until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
3. Bring butter nad water to boil in heavy medium saucepan. Add flour and 1/2 tsp salt, all at once. Beat with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add egg beaters, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Thinly spread dough onto bottom and up sides of greased 10-in round baking dish; fill with ground beef mixture.
5. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
