Introduction

I just made this up one night, I didn't use a recipe, but it may be similar or even the same as other recipes out there. I just made this up one night, I didn't use a recipe, but it may be similar or even the same as other recipes out there.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Walleye (fish) 3 fillet
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
    1/8 cup non-fat milk
    1/4 cup peanuts


Directions

Rinse fish and pat dry.

Crush peanuts into crumbs. Mix Peanut crumbs with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Beat egg with milk.

Dip fish in liquid mixture, then in dry mixture. Make sure fish is encrusted.

Broil until done. About 10 minutes.

    Very Good
    We used almonds instead of peanuts and it was very good.
    However, we tried frying - should of done broiling for a lower calorie count.
