Ingredients

    6 - small potatoes
    1/2 of medium onion
    1 tbsp or less olive oil (just enough to coat dish)
    6 - tbsp Salted butter
    2 tsp - Garlic paste
    1 tsp - Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
    salt - pepper - garlic salt to taste

Directions

sprinkle casserole dish with olive oil - slice potatoes and onions in dish - melt butter mix in garlic paste and pour over - add spices mix up - bake at 350 degrees for 45- min or until potatoes are done - then turn over to broil and broil for just a few min until the potatoes start to get a slight crusting
