Ingredients

Cooking Spray
2 lbs Chicken Breast (Approximately 6)
1 HIdden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning Packet
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Parsley
1/3 cup Half and Half
2 tsp Cornstarch
3 oz Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Place chicken in bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper and Paprika.
3. Sprinkle chicken with Ranch Seasoning packet.
4. Pour Chicken broth over chicken.
5. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
6. 30 minutes before serving, mix 1/3 cup half & half with 1 tsp cornstarch. Pour into slow cooker and stir to mix. Sprinkle on Oregano and Parsley.
7. Cube cream cheese and distribute evenly in the liquid in the slow cooker. Replace lid and cook for an additional 20-15 minutes.
8. Remove chicken to platter, stir sauce and pour over.
