Introduction

Tasty juice with a good amount of potassium. Tasty juice with a good amount of potassium.

Ingredients

    This is a juice.

    Kale - one large bunch
    Kiwi - 4 with skins left on
    Carrots - leave carrot greens intact juice about two bunches. Approx 10 or 12 med carrots.
    Spinach - two larger bunches stems left on.
    Apples - two Granny Smith medium and two larger Braeburn apples skins left on.
    Nectarines - two VERY large with skins.
    Mint (fresh) - this isn't included in nutritional value but about 1 cup with stems.

Directions

Juice veggies first then fruit, combine to your taste.

Serving Size: Makes about 5.5 pint glasses of fresh juice.
