*Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake
Hill country Fare Canned Pumpkin, 1 can
*Taster's Choice Instant Coffee, granules, 4 tsp Chocolate, 1 snack pack, 1 serving
*Cool Whip Frosting, chocolate, 6 tbsp
*Chocolate Chips - Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels - 2 tbsp
*Pecans-Diamond of California Chopped Pecans (1/4 cup),
Nabisco, 100 Calorie Pack, Oreo Thin Crisps, 1 bag crushed
*Taster's Choice Instant Coffee, granules, 3 tsp
Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup 2 TBS
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 9x13 baking pan with non-stick spray.
Heat 1.5 talblespoons of water. Add 4 tsp coffe granules and let dissolve. Set aside.
Mix pudding cup, frosting and 3 tsp of coffee granules until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
In mixing bowl, mix entire cake mix with entire can of pumpkin and liquid coffee mixture from above.
Mix well until no lumps. Spread evenly into greased pan, leveling and spreading to smooth and even out.
Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Frost with above made frosting. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, chopped pecans and crushed Oreo Thin Crisps. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cut into 16 equal servings. Store in fridge.
