    1 lb. Chicken breast
    1 cup Whole Grain Rice
    1 3/4 cup Water
    2 cup Salsa
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 Bouillon cubes (reduced sodium)
    1/4 tsp Black pepper
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 tsp Dried Basil

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook until rice and chicken all well cooked.
