Ingredients

    ground beef
    onions
    peppers
    tomato or spaghetti sauce
    ground pepper
    egg

    *Salsa can be substituted for the peppers, onions and sauce. I use about 1 cup, half in the meat and half on top.

Tips

You can put tomato sauce or salsa on the top to garnish while baking the last half hour.


Directions

Mix all of these ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Grease a 7 x 11 pan and pat the meat into the pan till leveled. Cove and bake at 350 for about 90 mins. draining off the grease while baking.
