You can exchange the agave for honey (1/2 c) I also sometimes add crasins or dried blueberries. You can add chocolate chips to the mix and make it more chocolate-y.
Directions
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with wax paper. Cover wax paper with chocolate chips. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Add agave, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix until all melted together. Then add protein powder and oats. When it is mixed well, cover the chocolate chips with the hot mixture. Let it sit out for 4-5 mins so the chocolate chips melt. Then refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut and serve.
