Ingredients:
*Tilapia filet, 4 oz (remove)
*prawns, WF Raw Black Tiger Prawns (12-14), 125 gram(s) (remove)
Pink Salmon (fish), 0.5 fillet (remove)
Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)
Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 2 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") (remove)
Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
Parsley, .5 cup (remove)
*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)
Becel light margerine, 4 tsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat over to 375 degrees
Cut up raw fish and prawns and add them to the bottom of a law casserole dish.
Grate carrots and add over top.
Add parsley, juice of one lemon and lemon zest.
Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Toss.
Peel and chop sweet potato and potato.
Boil until tender.
Drain.
Add margarine and mash.
Use mixture to create a crust on top of casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes
