Ingredients

    ! can (13 oz.) 98% fat free chicken breast in water
    1/4 cup diced celery
    1 T. finely chopped onion
    1 T. light mayo
    1 T. non fat yogurt (used fage 0%)
    black pepper to taste
    2 hard boiled egg whites, mashed with fork
    2 tsp. dill pickle juice
    !/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

Add poultry seasoning to drained chicken in bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix well. Can add more pickle juice or seasoning to taste.
Adding more mayo or yogurt will change calories and nutrition.
