    1 turkey sausage patty
    3 tbs egg substitute

Freezes well! Makes your sandwiches, wrap tightly and freeze. Nuke for half a minute at a time until piping hot.


Directions

Toast english muffin, cook sausage patty, pour egg into a ringmold cook in the skillet. When everything is cooked, assemble and enjoy!
