Introduction

A healthy, very tasty mugcake. :) A healthy, very tasty mugcake. :)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 tbsp flax seed meal (ground flax)
    1 large egg
    1 tsp oil (preferably olive or canola) OR butter
    1 tsp baking Powder
    1 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp brown Sugar

Tips

You can add fruits, compote, jam, nut butter etc. before or after (or both :)) baking the muffin. And my favourite to pour yogurt drink on it after I've got out my cake from the microwave.


Directions

Put all ingredients into a mug and stir very well. Bake in microwave for 2.5 minutes.

    Incredible!
    I added 2 chopped dates, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp chia seeds, and I use 2 Tbs egg whites instead of the egg. Delicious! - 4/17/19

    Grounded flaxseed is the "flour" in the recipe. It sticks together the batter.
