Ingredients

    3 - 4oz Rib Eye Steaks
    1 Whole Sweet Bell Pepper Orange
    1 Whole Sweet Bell Pepper Red
    1 Whole Sweet Bell Pepper Yellow
    1 - 16 oz Baby Bella Mushroom's

Directions

Clean strip & chop the peppers. Peel onions strip & chop. Cut mushrooms into smaller sizes set all 3 to the side. Put steaks in electric skillet until they change to a light brown on each side remove steaks. Add peppers onions & mushrooms season to taste. Saute until just starting to reduce down. Move to one side of pan add steaks back to pan. Cook steaks until done.
