Introduction

Ezekial Break (or Sprouted Grain Bread) Stuffing. Nice low-fat, relatively low-carb and higher protein stuffing as a good side dish to chicken or turkey. Ingredients

    Ezekial Bread (or Sprouted Grain Bread)
    Thyme
    Rosemary
    Sage
    Ground Black Pepper
    Light Margarine
    Onion
    Garlic
    Celery
    Dried Apricot
    Shallot
    Parsley
    Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

Directions

Cut bread into bite-sized cubes. Mix in the thyme, rosemary, sage and pepper.

Melt margarine and sautee the onions, garlic and celery.

Add sauteed mixture to bread, add in shallots, apricots and parsley.

Cover with tin foil, bake for 30 mins at 325F. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 20-30 more mins. Remove, let cool, portion and serve.
