Introduction

A hearty potato and mariner chowder! No butter, no cream!!! A hearty potato and mariner chowder! No butter, no cream!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 frozen swai fillet, cubed into 1' pieces
    1-1/2 c. frozen small shrimp (41-50 per pound), shelled and tail removed
    1 c. imitation crabmeat, chunked in 1' chunks
    5 red potatoes, diced in 1' chunks to make 4 cups potatoes
    1 can cream of brocolli soup, mixed with 1/2 can water
    1 t. onion powder

Tips

This recipe is created for a 2 quart slow cooker/crockpot. If you have a larger crockpot, it is advised to at least double the recipe.


Directions

Place potatoes, soup, water, and onion salt in crockpot and toss to coat all. Cover and cook on high 4 hours. Check for semi-softness of potato. If semi-soft, add frozen seafood, and crabmeat-stir to coat/mix all ingredients, turn crock pot to low. Cover and cook for 2 additional hours, checking the seafood to make sure it is cooked thru before serving...
