Introduction

I love hibachi dinners but they can be very expensive. Making it at home comes pretty close I love hibachi dinners but they can be very expensive. Making it at home comes pretty close
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8 Sea scallops
    10 Large shrimp
    1 Tbsp butter or spread
    1 Tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
    1 Tsp lemon juice
    1 Tsp vegetable oil
    1 Tsp ground ginger
    1 Tsp garlic powder

Directions

1. Add vegetable oil to pan and allow heat to low/medium

2. Add scallops to pan and add lemon juice, butter, ground ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce.

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until one side is seared and flip over

4. Add shrimp and continue to flip shrimp and seafood until both sides are cooked evenly and through

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
