    1 lb JC Potter Italian Sausage
    1 sweet onion chopped
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    1/2 red pepper chopped
    1/2 yellow pepper chopped
    1 TBSP Chili Pepper
    1/4 tsp powdered Red Chili Peppers
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 cans navy beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

brown and crumble sausage, add all other ingredients, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
