Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup zero calorie sugar
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Tips

May use semi sweet chocolate chips (nutritional information may change)


Directions

-Pre Heat oven t 350 Degrees F
-Mix flour, baking powers, baking soda, salt and spices until well blended, set aside.
-Beat eggs, pumpkin, sugars, milk, and applesauce in a large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
-Pour into 9X5 inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray
-Bake 55 minus to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.

**Serving size may vary depending on size of slice. This recipe is calculated for 18- 1/2inch slices
