Introduction

    1/2 lemon
    1 kiwi
    1 med apple
    2 oranges
    1/4 c. blueberries

Tips

substitute any fruits you'd like (calorie count would need to be altered)

also, pair with a serving of low-fat cheese, greek yogurt, or nuts for a post-workout snack


Directions

Juice all fruit with a juicer (according to instructions that come with your juicer). It is best to juice berries first. I also recommend peeling oranges, but you can leave the peels on the rest.
