Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups tropical fruit; pineapple, mango, papaya, banana
    1/2 cup of juice
    1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
    8 ice cubes
    2 T. flaxseed meal

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender, blend well and enjoy for breakfast of lunch
