Ingredients

    1 1/4 pound Salmon Fillets
    3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
    3 tsp. sriracha
    juice of 1 lime
    12 sliced mini sweet peppers
    1/2 cup sliced sweet onion
    2 cups cooked whole wheat thin spaghetti
    2 Tbsp butter

Directions

saute peppers and onion in butter until just starting to get soft.
combine maple syrup, sriracha, and lime juice.
place sauteed pepper combination on bottom of a small foil lined baking dish. place salmon on top of the peppers and pour sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until salmon gets flacky. serve on top of cooked whole wheat spaghetti, make sure to get some of the sauce.
