    31 oz kidney bean
    29 oz stewed tomatoes
    16 oz baby carrots
    1 head cabbage
    1 oz onion soup mix
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 onion
    1.5 table spoon minced garlic
    thyme and italian to taste

could add potatoes


Directions

1.saute garlic and onion and thyme 2.chop remaining ingredients and boil to desired softness of carrots
