Introduction

Ingredients

    Raw Hazelnuts (1 cup), spring/bottled water (1-4 cups total),cinnamon,nutmeg,stevia ( use amount you desire)

Tips

The nutritonal info listed included the nuts which you dont keep...so ignore the calorie count. That why I said make sure you dont eat the nuts!!!


Directions

Soak 1 cup Raw Hazelnuts in 1 cup water overnight. Drain water out of hazelnuts(save the nuts for another use or just discard them). Add Cinnamon,and/or Nutmeg,and Stevia if desired. Strain mixture throguh cheesecloth. Serve hot or cold. I use it mixed in with chai tea!!! I saw this recipe in the magazine First, and had to share it. So much better than paying $$$ for nut milk and its calorie/fat free..that cant be beat!

Serving Size: makes 3-4 cups of hazelnut milk
