Ingredients

    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Bacon, pork, microwaved, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    *Self raising Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)

Tips

A great way to use up leftover fresh vegies and herbs
Use cooking spray to line tray.
You can add I finely chopped capsicum or a 130g can of creamed corn if you like.


Directions

preheat oven to 180
Grease a 28cm-18cm oven dish, line with baking paper
Lightly cook onion and bacon until soft
Combine with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and Season with pepper.
Place into greased/lined oven dish
Bake for about 30-40mins.
