Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Medium Eggs
    1 cup Trim Milk (lowfat)
    1/2 cup Rolled Oats
    100g Diet Citrus Yoghurt
    2 Tbsp LSA (Ground Linseed, Sunflower and Almond)
    1 cup Plain Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    4 tsp Sugar
    3/4 cup Frozen Berries

Tips

Keep temperature low on stove top to make sure cooked through.


Directions

Beat eggs, milk and yoghurt together. Mix in Dry ingredients. Fold in Frozen berries. Heat Nonstick Frying Pan on a Medium/Low heat. Pour batter in. When bubbles appear and some pop carefully turn over. Serve with yoghurt and berries
