Ingredients

    1 pnd lean ground turkey
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    2 cans kidney beans
    1/2 small head cauliflower
    1 small head broccoli
    1 cup froz. corn
    1 cup fresh or canned mushrooms
    1 zuccini
    chili powder, garlic (fresh), ground black pepper, oregano, dried chives, any other spices you enjoy

Directions

cook ground turkey then add all other ingredients to huge pot and cook for at least an hour
