Ingredients

    1 - 6oz container of SODelious greek style plain yogurt
    3 boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
    1/2 TBSP of Olive Oil
    20 whole green beans (halved optional)
    1 cup sliced Zucchini
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
    1 clove garlic minced
    Pinch salt/pepper
    1 TBSP dried Basil
    1 Tsp dried Parsley
    1 cup Low sodium Chicken Broth

Tips

Change the meat for strogenoff
Use broccoli or brussels sprouts or other vegies...even toss in spinach


Directions

Prepare pasta as package directs.....
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat ....add onion and mushroom cook 5 min...add garlic and chicken, cook till browned....add vegies and broth....bring to simmer...cover...stir occasionally til vegies are to desired doness...add yogurt, yeast and seasonings til well combined.....serve
