Ingredients

    1 Cup of Almond Flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp or dash of salt
    1/2 cup of organic soy milk
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    1 tsp of organic blue agave sweeter
    1 egg yolk
    1 egg white

Tips

Use cooking spray on iron or skillet. Use Kirkland Maple syrup instead of corn syrups of fresh fruit... : ) enjoy!


Directions

Warm-up waffle iron if needed. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Whip egg white in other bowl until firm. Melt butter in microwave. Add soy milk and other wet ingredients to dry. Fold in the egg white. Let sit for five minutes. Pour in waffle iron or skillet as desired.

Serving Size: Makes four 4" square waffles or 4" round pancakes
