Ingredients

    For the salad:
    1 1/2 c. Frozen or fresh corn
    1 1/2 Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    1/2 Red pepper
    1/2 Green pepper
    1/2 Red onion

    For the dressing:
    3/4 c. Italian dressing, Light
    1 T. White vinegar
    1 T. Lemon juice
    1 t. Sugar or packet of sweetener
    1/2 t. Salt
    1/2 t. Black Pepper


Directions

chop and mix all the ingredients and put in the fridge to marry the flavors!
