Ingredients

Spaghetti Squash, 3 cup
Onions, raw, 1 medium
Green Onion (chopped), 0.25 cup
Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
Kraft fat free cheddar cheese, 4 oz
Laughing Cow white cheddar wedge, 3 wedges
Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits), 3 tbsp
Tips
Could also add ham or another meat and make this a entree rather than a side dish.
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash using preferred method. I slice mine in half, scoop out the seeds, place cut side up on a foil lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and cook at 375 for about 40 mins or until tender.
Take fork and shred squash into spaghetti type pieces. Set aside.
Saute white or yellow onion in butter until tender.
Place squash in baking bowl. Add cooked onions and the rest of the ingredients. Mix the Laughing Cow wedges in until dissolved. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 375 until mixture if thoroughly melted. Typically about 25 to 30 mins.
