Introduction

Great meatballs, low carb! Great meatballs, low carb!
Number of Servings: 112

Ingredients

    5 ponds of Ground Moose
    3/4 cup of Egg beaters Egg whites
    2 cups of old fashioned oats
    1 cup skim milk
    3 tablespoons Epicure meatball/meatloaf spice
    2 tablespoons Epicure 3 onion dip mix (can use lipton's onion soup mix)
    *can use seasoning salt if wanted. I don't like salt so I never add it.

Tips

Do not over bake! Venison is very low fat and they will get dry if over baked. Use with any sauce you like. I package them in small bags and freeze them. Makes quick and easy meals.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 20 mins (milk will soak into oats). Make meat into balls (I used smallest scooper from Pampered Chef). Place on baking sheet or stoneware and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
