Ingredients

    4 oz (dry) Somen Noodles
    3 tsp Vegetable Oil
    8 oz Thinly sliced Pork Loin (trimmed of fat)
    1 Clove Garlic
    2 Scallions, thinly sliced
    1 Cup Fresh Peas
    1 Cup Napa Cabbage
    2 Tbs Soy Sauce
    ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper


Tips

Substitute whatever vegetables that suit you.


Directions

Cook noodles in boiling water for three minutes. Rinse and cool.
Heat wok over high heat, add 2 tsp oil. Add pork and garlic. Stir fry for for 3 minutes, then remove from wok.
Reheat wok and add remaining tsp of oil. Add remaining vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add pork and noodles and stir fry until all is heated through.
Remove from heat and serve. Approx 1.5 cups/serving.
