I like to make this salad post work out. I like a good salad but found I needed a great deal of it to feel full. I used about half of a left over (cooked) chicken breast that I shredded over the salad. I like to make this salad post work out. Ranch Dressing
Cooked Chicken Breast
Croutons
Sunflower seeds, raw, hulled
cucumber
Directions
cut lettuce to desired size.
hand shred chicken breast over lettuce.
slice cucumber to desired size, add to salad.
add croutons and SF seeds.
add dressing to taste.
Serving Size: intended to serve one hungry dude. could easily serve 3-4 as a side.
