Ingredients

    One 3 oz. can sardines, in olive oil
    1 tbsp capers
    juice from a quarter lemon
    2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp sriracha (chile garlic sauce), or to taste
    1 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

Drain the oil from the sardines. Measure all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

This is delicious served immediately or left to sit in the fridge for a half hour or so. and then served with crackers or celery or even straight off the spoon.
