Ingredients
-
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) Bisquick
2 eggs (large)
1 tsp Vanilla extract (imitation fine)
3/4 (.75) tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp granulated sugar
Tips
Pairs very nicely with a fresh cup of coffee. My husband is anti diet-food and happily his half of the cake pan this morning. Kids were at school when I made this today but we plan to use this recipe as a dessert we know they'll love, too.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine Bisquick, cinnamon & baking powder in mixing bowl
Add grated apples (I used mandolin with small julienne attachment)
Add vanilla
Add eggs
Mix ingredients well
Spray nonstick round cake pan lightly with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray.
Spread evenly into pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes in 400 degree oven
Serving Size: 2 servings (1/2 round cake pan)
