Ingredients

    1 Stalk of Broccoli
    1 medium Zucchini
    1/4 C onion (red)
    2 small squash
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black Pepper
    1tsp olive oil

Directions

Wash and cut all vegetables, place in a bowl, add olive oil and salt/pepper. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
