    8 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    3 slices of provolone cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzarella
    2 cups cottage cheese
    1 lb 93/7 ground beef (browned)
    1 jar Monte Bene tomato basil sauce
    2 Tbsp minced garlic to taste
    Yellow onions, chopped, to taste


Adding a bit of water to the top will help prevent a crusty top!


Brown meat, onions, garlic in skillet. Add tomato sauce. Layer in crock pot: Sauce, cheese, noodle. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 5-6 servings
