Introduction
Fancy a yummy muffin to go with that brew in your hand??? Yeh ya do!!!*Well you may need a trip out to Tesco to grab a few ingredients but I promise you it will be worth it :P
Also please ignore the nutritional value of this recipe, they did not have any of the ingredients in the database and it was too complicated to add more so I just gave up! Fancy a yummy muffin to go with that brew in your hand??? Yeh ya do!!!

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:
240g plain flour
75g rolled oats
3 tsp baking powder
40-100g pecan nuts
2 dessertspoons of cinnamon
1 tsp salt
65g brown sugar
Wet ingredients:
190g greek yogurt
115ml sunflower oil (sorry mum)
75ml coconut milk
60g honey
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Yummies:
230g peeled bananas
100g of juicy dates,I love madjool dates
Tips
If you can only find dry dates then soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes and use instead.
Directions
Preheat ovan to 180 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Mash the yummies together then add them to the wet mix.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together without overworking the mixture.
Divide the mix between your muffin moulds or cases, you can fill them to the top.
Pop in the over for 20-25 mins until firm and golden.
