Number of Servings: 4


    8 oz. Skinless boneless chicken breast

    3 oz. Barilla Plus Penne Dry
    1 C Classico Fire Roasted Tomato
    and Garlic pasta sauce
    1 C Cauliflower, raw chopped
    1/2 C Onions, raw, julian
    1 Clove Finely ChoppedGarlic
    1/2 C Carrots, raw strips or slices
    2 C Broccoli, frozen or fresh
    1 tsp Olive Oil


Cook Pasta according to package directions.
Mean while Cut chicen into bite size pieces. Add olive oil and garlic to a non stick skillet. Saute over medium heat 1 min. Add Chicken and continue to saute while preparing fresh vegtables. Add carrots first then as ready onions, cauliflower, and broccoli and stir fry til desired doneness. Stir in pasta sauce and cooked pasta. Bring to a Boil. Simmer 5 min. Serve.
