Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 Water
    2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
    1 cup Almond Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    .333 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder

Tips

When crackers on the edges begin to brown, remove them and let the rest cook until they are all lightly browned. If you want to sprinkle with seeds, press them in gently with the rolling pin before scoring the crackers.


Directions

Combine Flaxseed meal with water and Oil. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until gooey. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Shape into a ball and place on parchment paper. Put another layer of parchment paper on top and roll out very thin (1/8" or less). Score the crackers with a knife or pizza cutter. Spinkle with salt. Bake at 325║ for 25 minutes. Allow them to fully cool before storing.
