Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

Chop all vegetables put them aside and separate. Keep the red onions cheese for toppings. Open all canned items, draining the liquid from the cans. Put oil in pot and put it on the stove to heat up to start sauteing vegetables and some oil in pan to brown ground beef.

Tips

After the chili is heated though serve with cheese and onions if you like. sour cream if you want.

Directions

Brown ground beef in a separate pan from vegetables, season with black, white, red peppers, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. While browning meat, saute garlic (don't burn or it will be bitter), celery, bell peppers, once they soften add the ground beef, beans, tomato paste and mix thoroughly, add the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and the rest of the spices and canned tomatoes and the habaneros and jalapenos and ancho chile and stir and let simmer. Add more chili powder and spices to taste. I like mine spicy.
