Ingredients

    1/2 cup diced onions
    1/2 cup diced green peppers
    Pam Spray
    20 oz 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast
    8 oz. Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup Kraft Fat Fre Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs (Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread)
    1/2 tspn Salt
    Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

Spray Pam in microwave safe dish. Add onions and green peppers and cook just until soft. Add to all the rest of the ingredients and put in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 - 8 servings
