Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 chooped onions
2 garlic cloves (I use more!)
1 pound of ground extra lean meat (I use moose)
1 small can of Tomato paste
1 large can of Tomato Juice (the BIG ones)
1 medium can of Tomatoes (diced)
1 can of Tomato soup (do not add water to it)
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp crushed chillies
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste (I don't use salt but pepper yes)
    Carrots chopped (chunky)
Mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1 can
Optional- Celery, sweet peppers and spinach.

Tips

Open all you cans before you start and cut your vegetables. You can also add spinach, sweet peppers, and celery for added veggies and hardly any calories. Freezes well!

Directions

In a non stick pan cook the garlic, onions and the ground moose (can use extra lean beef too!). Once it is cooked transfer to a good stockpot and add the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer 1 hr.
