Ingredients

    1 medium avocado
    2 servings of Fage 0% yogurt
    2 Tbs chopped onion
    1 chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 Tbs onion powder or flakes
    1-2 Tbs lemon juice.

Directions

Chop jalapeno and onions set aside.mix avocado in with yogurt. then add peppers and onions. Add onion powder or flakes for flavor. Add lemon juice and mix. Refrigerate for an hour. Ready to serve with your favorite vegetables as : peppers, celery, broccoli.
