Ingredients

    4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
    7 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, 1/3 less fat
    artifical sweetener to taste
    4 or 5 teaspoons vanilla flavoring, to taste

Tips

This is a great way to get fruit into your breakfast. Also, skip all the carbs and sugars in commercial syrups.


Directions

place blueberries in blender and puree until slightly chunky, but essentially smooth. Add cream cheese (cut into chunks for easier blending), vanilla and sweetener. Blend until well mixed. Adjust vanilla or sweetener to taste. Refrigerate.
